The BusinessInTouch Solutions is a full-service provider of intelligent automated messaging services, offering customized inbound and outbound calling solutions for domestic and international clients. InTouch wanted to give their customers the ability manage their call files and view call reports online. This required a custom backend integration solution. Requirement 1InTouch wanted to give clients an automated data feed into the InTouch dialing infrastructure to allow them to upload phone number files and have the InTouch system automatically dial outbound calls. Solution 1iGneiTe provided an integration solution that automated a data feed process. This solution allows InTouch clients to update the InTouch calling system on an as-needed basis, without intervention from InTouch employees. Requirement 2InTouch wanted to provide real-time reporting to its clients on the progress and results of telephone campaigns. InTouch had multiple data repositories that needed to be consolidated in a real-time data warehouse. Solution 2iGneiTe created a data warehouse that consolidates the dialing data from multiple dialing systems and provides secure, real-time, online reporting. ResolutionThese new solutions, provided by iGneiTe, allow InTouch’s clients full life-cycle control of their dialing campaigns. Clients can now initiate dialing batches and watch the results in real-time through the secure, online InTouch reporting system. This information empowers the client by allowing them to tailor outbound calls based on reporting results throughout the day. Additionally, this solution greatly reduces the communications needed between InTouch and their clients and dramatically reduces the time required for clients to modify their marketing campaigns. | |||||||||
