TomatoVine and iGneiTe Team Up

iGneiTe teams up with TomatoVine to provide enhancements, customizations, and additional reporting features to their Highdeal Billing system.

Key project initiatives included:

1. Adding usage detail to invoice reports so customers can view rated call records as part of invoicing.
2. Creating a script to pull Highdeal transaction records from database to automate credit card processing and payment processing.
3. Modifying the invoice template to include payments from credit card processing showing charge and payment on a single statement.
4. Building multiple reports to help internal marketing and accounting personnel better slice and dice subscriptions counts and revenue.
5. Modifying subscriber activation process to auto generate 1st invoice at time of activation including; activation fee, hardware, and prorated monthly charges.
6. Creating discount scheme to support multiple discount types included 1st month free promotion.
7. Creating charge to allow free international calls to certain international exchanges at 200 free minutes per month.
